Sovell Investigative Testing and Consulting was the first firm in the world to develop a course curriculum to teach companies the procedures outlined in ASTM International, AAMA and CSA standards. Sovell Investigative Testing and Consulting has taught over 60 firms during its 16 year history. 

These standards are often misunderstood and misinterpreted. Also specifiers often have difficulty in choosing the correct standard for their projects.

Sovell Investigative Testing and Consulting starts the training process by talking with our clients. 

The information gathering assists us in developing the correct class curriculum. Once we have assessed our clients’ needs the next step is discuss the class size. 

Sovell Investigative Testing and Consulting has a solid history in teaching. 

Sovell Investigative Testing and Consulting will not teach a class larger than three people at a time. We want everyone in the class to walk away with the same information. 

Scheduling classes can be a challenge for any size company. Being away from the desk or from the field for just a few days can be chaotic. 

Sovell Investigative Testing and Consulting works with our clients to make scheduling as simple as possible. 

We will work with you closely to schedule the best times possible. 

Covid-19 Safety Precautions 

Only four people can take the class at a time. 

  1. Masks are mandatory for all personnel.  
            1. Any personnel with a high temperature will not be allowed into SITC’s training center. 
            1. SITC will be sanitizing our facility during training and after training every evening. 
            1. An additional $500.00 dollars has been added to training for sanitation.  

             

            All of these measures have been implemented to keep your personnel and ours safe.

            Basic two day training ($5,500.00) 

            This training covers the basics for water penetration testing only. Due to the time constraints we can only cover so many standards in this two day training session. 

            We work with our clients to maximize the time by honing in on the specific standards that they are interested in. 

            Intermediate three day training ($6,500.00) 

            This training covers the basics for water penetration and air infiltration testing. Hands on training covering water penetration and air infiltration training. We also cover the calibration for the test kit and water calibration for the spray rack. 

            Advanced four day training ($7,500.00) 

            This training covers an in depth look into water penetration and air infiltration testing. We also cover the calibration for the test kit and water calibration for the spray rack. 

            We provide assistance in assembling an internal auditing system for equipment calibration. Data gathering. Maintenance on equipment. Witness testing. Buck building and specimen mounting. Design pressure analysis. 

             Masters level five day training ($8,500.00) 

            This covers air/water/structural. Field standards. Laboratory standards. The works. 

            All of the extra services that we offer are fee including the following ($2,300.00 value): 

            All eight templates, water penetration reports, water penetration data sheets, water penetration contracts for clients, air infiltration reports, air infiltration data sheets, air infiltration calibration sheets, destructive data sheets and design pressure analysis data sheets. 

            We offer sixty days of free on call availability for testing/technical consulting. We assist with report review and writing, onsite assistance, marketing information, project analysis and much more. 

            We are not only there for you in the classroom, but also after your back at your office.
